I’m sinking in all that is going on. Even those of us who know the tools and share the strategies struggle with the emotions and the stress of our lives.

I think many therapists, coaches, and the like often feel that they need their own advice more than the people they are trying to help.

I do not want to come across as someone who has it all figured out or all together. I do not.

What I do have, however, is resources to ask for help, to read about strategies, and videos to watch that all can help me feel less like a maniac and more like mom.

I have you guys, my village, to help me, guide me, and to make me feel less alone.

I will be using my tips to overcome overwhelm, but I will also cry and vent, and do all the things that I need to do to identify the emotions and better deal with my situation.
